Little Sprouts & Co. is assisting a warm and welcoming Mountain View family in their search for an experienced, nurturing Temporary Infant Nanny for their sweet baby boy, who will be approximately 4 months old at the start of care.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a nanny who truly loves working with infants, enjoys helping little ones reach important developmental milestones, and values working collaboratively with parents.

📅 Schedule

Start Date: ASAP

Temporary Position: Through November 25, 2026, with the possibility of an extension depending on the family’s childcare plans.

Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Fridays: Occasionally as needed

The family guarantees 32 hours per week.

💰 Compensation

• $37–$40/hour DOE

• Up to $40/hour for the ideal candidate

• Family is open to payroll or cash

  👶 About the Position

  The family is looking for an experienced infant nanny who is warm, attentive, reliable, and genuinely passionate about caring for babies during their first year.

  Responsibilities include:

  • Providing attentive, loving infant care

  • Following and helping establish healthy feeding and nap routines

  • Bottle feeding expressed breast milk

  • Cleaning and sanitizing bottles

  • Baby laundry

  • Engaging in tummy time, reading, singing, and age-appropriate developmental activities

  • Supporting developmental milestones, including head and neck strength and overall infant development

  • Keeping nursery and baby-related areas tidy

  • Taking neighborhood walks with baby, occasionally alongside Mom or Dad

  No driving is required.

  • Extensive professional infant experience

  • Non-smoker

  • Up-to-date vaccinations

  • Strong references

  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Authorized to work in the United States
