Little Sprouts & Co. is assisting a warm, kind, and organized San Francisco family in their search for an experienced Full-Time Nanny / House Manager for their two children.
This is a wonderful long-term opportunity for a career nanny who loves working with school-age children, enjoys keeping a household running smoothly, and wants to become a valued, long-term part of a family’s life.

Monday–Friday
7:30 AM–4:30 PM
(Family is open to an 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule for the right candidate.)

This is a long-term position with a family hoping to find someone who will grow alongside them for many years.
💰 Compensation
$45–$55/hour DOE
The family is currently open to discussing compensation preferences with the right candidate.

🚗 Driving
Driving is an important part of this role.
Responsibilities include:
School drop-offs and pick-ups
Driving to extracurricular activities
Occasional speech therapy appointments
Planning fun outings during school breaks and holidays
A family vehicle will be provided.

🏡 Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
• Providing attentive, engaging childcare
• School transportation
• Driving to activities and appointments
• Planning age-appropriate outings and activities
• Preparing lunches for the younger child
• Children’s laundry and organization
• Keeping children’s bedrooms and play areas tidy
• Cleaning up after children’s meals and snacks
• Unloading the dishwasher as needed
• Running occasional family errands
• Helping keep the household organized and running smoothly
This role combines childcare with light family assistant and house management responsibilities focused primarily around the children.
