Long-Term Nanny
12% of gross annual income
Long-Term Nanny (under 30 hours)
14% of gross annual income
Newborn Care Specialist
18% of gross annual income
Temporary Nanny
18% of gross (prorated) annual income

Hourly rates typically range from $35-$45, depending on the nanny’s experience and the specific needs of your family. Factors like infant care, multiple children, or added responsibilities may affect the rate.

Little Sprouts & Co. is not responsible for how your nanny is paid. Payment, taxes, and scheduling must be agreed upon directly between the nanny and family.
Households must provide a safe environment (e.g., smoke detectors, child-proofing, clean conditions).
Families must disclose any in-home cameras or monitoring devices before placement.
We reserve the right to decline or end placements that violate safety or boundary expectations.
