History

Founded in 2024, Little Sprouts & Co was born out of a deep understanding of the struggles that both families and nannies face. After over a decade of combined experience, we saw firsthand how impersonal and transactional the childcare process could feel.

We created our own agency—one rooted in warmth, care, and lasting relationships. Every placement isn’t just a job—it’s a match built on trust, respect, and heart.
