At Little Sprouts & Co., we take great care in matching families with the right caregivers. While the majority of our placements are long-lasting, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.
Payment Guarantee Policy
If a nanny placement ends within 30 calendar days after their start date, we’ll provide a one-time replacement at no additional cost.
If the placement ends between 31-60 calendar days, we’ll offer a replacement search at 50% of the original placement fee.
If the placement ends between 61-90 calendar days after their start date, we’ll offer a replacement search at 25% of the original placement fee.
If the placement ends between 91-365 calendar days after their start date, we’ll offer a replacement search at 10% of the original placement fee.
After 365 days, a new placement will require the full fee. Your peace of mind means everything to us, and we’re committed to supporting you every step of the way.

Qualifications
3-5 year of recent, professional experience
Strong enough communication skills (bilingual preferred but not required)
3+ years of clean driving record
Ability to make at least a one year commitment with a signed contract.
