Before starting this agency, both of us spent years working in the trenches of professional childcare as household nannies. We know firsthand what it takes to soothe a fussy newborn at 2:00 AM, manage chaotic after-school schedules, and build deeply meaningful connections with children. We also know how hard it can be for parents to find someone they completely trust with their world.
When we transitioned from professional nannies to business owners, we built Little Sprouts & Co. on a simple belief: Childcare is personal.
Because of our background, we don't operate like a transactional placement service or an automated app. We take care of both sides of the equation. When nannies feel valued, supported, and respected, they give their absolute best to your family.
