Little Sprouts & Co. is seeking an exceptional Rota Nanny / Family Assistant for a warm, professional, fully staffed private family in Hillsborough.
This is a long-term opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, and engaging childcare professional who thrives in a collaborative household environment and enjoys becoming an integral part of a family’s support team.
Schedule
Full-Time Rota Position
Preferred Schedule: 4 Days On / 3 Days Off
Family is open to a 7 Days On / 7 Days Off rotation for the right candidate
Typical Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

11-year-old daughter
7-year-old twin son and daughter

Responsibilities
Childcare
Provide attentive, engaging care for three school-aged children
Plan enriching activities, outings, and educational opportunities
Support homework and learning when needed
Maintain structure, routines, and healthy boundaries
Foster independence, confidence, and positive behavior
Drive children to activities using the family’s vehicle
Family Assistant Duties
Calendar management and schedule coordination
Household organization and systems management
Light meal preparation and lunch planning
Managing children’s clothing, supplies, and household inventory
Creating spreadsheets, documents, and organizational tools
Proactively identifying household needs and implementing solutions
Collaborating closely with parents and household staff
Ideal Candidate

Required Qualifications
Previous Rota experience strongly preferred
Experience in high-profile and/or fully staffed private homes preferred
Teaching background highly desirable
Experience caring for multiple children at once
Excellent communication a nd organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (Associate’s degree considered with extensive relevant
NEEDS to be tech savvy!
Additional Details
Travel is required
Long-term commitment preferred (2+ years)
Family provides vehicle for all child-related transportation
