Little Sprouts & Co. is seeking an experienced, warm, and confident full-time nanny for a wonderful family in Burlingame, CA with one sweet and energetic 15-month-old daughter. This is a long-term opportunity with a family who truly values their nanny and wants someone to become an important part of their lives for years to come.
Position Details
Location: Burlingame, CA 94010
Start Date: As soon as possible (family is flexible for the right candidate)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Additional Hours: Weekend availability is appreciated but not required
Compensation: $40–$45/hour
Payroll: Paid through payroll, biweekly (timing is flexible)

About the Child

The family is looking for someone who can confidently support her through each developmental stage while creating a fun, loving, and structured environment.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate care
Plan enriching age-appropriate activities, outings, and play
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child
Keep the child’s bedroom, play areas, and belongings organized and tidy
Children’s laundry
Transport the child to activities and outings
Maintain open, proactive communication with the parents, including updates and photos throughout the day
Travel
Travel is not required, but the family would love a nanny who is open to occasional travel if opportunities arise.
Driving
Driving is required. The family prefers a nanny with their own reliable vehicle, although they are open to discussing transportation options with the right candidate.
