Part-Time Nanny / House Manager Needed – Los Altos

$40/hr | Guaranteed 49 Weeks | Professional Family Environment

A busy, professional family in Los Altos is seeking a highly reliable, energetic, and experienced nanny to care for their two children:

👧 S – 5 years old

👦 N– 3 years old

📅 Start Date: asap / could be flexible 

🕒 Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM (25-30 hours/week)

Occasional weekends + date nights available

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• $40/hr (cash)

• 49 weeks guaranteed per year

• 15 days PTO (combined with holidays)

• Annual raises typically provided

• Family vehicle provided for driving

✨ Role Breakdown:

~15 hours/week: Primary childcare

• School/class pick-ups and drop-offs

• Engaged, hands-on play (outdoor play encouraged!)

• Homework help & school projects

• Creating fun, structured afternoons

~10 hours/week: Light house management

• Running light errands

• Scheduling appointments

• Assisting with emails

• Managing tasks through shared family calendar

🏡 Home Environment:

• No pets currently (may get a dog in future)

• Household includes a cook + cleaner

• Team-player mindset is essential
