Full-Time Nanny Needed – San Francisco (94114) - Noe Valley
A warm, thoughtful family in San Francisco (94114) is looking for an experienced, engaging full-time nanny to join their family long-term and support their two young children.
👶 Children
• A (4 years old) – energetic, creative, loves art, singing, reading, math games, and imaginative play
• F (1.5 years old) – calm, curious, enjoys blocks and mechanical play, working on speech and communication
🕘 Schedule
• Monday–Thursday: 9:30am–8:00pm (slight flexibility on end time)
• Fridays OFF! 🎉
• Full-time, long-term role
💰 Compensation & Benefits
• $50-55 on payroll
• Pay schedule flexible (weekly or biweekly)
• Overtime paid at 1.5x
• 2 weeks PTO per year (8 days, as this is a 4-day workweek)
• 7 paid sick days
• Health insurance reimbursement ( depending on candidate )
• Mileage reimbursement

• New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
• Thanksgiving

• Family typically travels between Christmas & New Year’s — nanny may either take vacation or travel with the family
✈️ Travel & Driving
• Travel not required, but a nice perk
• Overnight rate: $250/night (planned in advance)
• Driving not required, but very helpful
• Family prefers nanny to use their own car if driving

• Active, engaging childcare focused on growth and development
• Meal prep for the children
• School pickups

• Cleaning up child-related messes and light tidying while kids are engaged
