• Start Date: Flexible (beginning in May)
• Schedule: 20–30 hours/week (Monday–Friday) willing to do 30 hours if nanny can do household manager stuff.
• Preferred: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Secondary: 12:00–4:00 PM or 1:00–5:00 PM
• Occasional weekends are a plus
• Location: Marina District, SF (very walkable — no driving required)
• Compensation: $40-$45/hour (payroll or cash options available)

This role is centered around providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care for a happy, easygoing baby. The ideal nanny will be deeply experienced with infants and confident in supporting routines while also gently guiding a first-time parent.
Responsibilities include:
• Following baby’s nap and feeding schedule
• Engaging in age-appropriate activities (reading, talking, nurturing development)
• Supporting a calm, structured environment
• Light household support if open to additional hours, such as:
• Baby laundry & bedding
• Dishes and tidying
• Light organizing and small household tasks
• Occasional simple meal prep
