Full-Time Nanny / Noe Valley

Full-Time Nanny Needed – Noe Valley (Start ASAP) Spanish speaking a plus.

A Noe-Valley, SF family is seeking a loving and experienced full-time nanny for their 2 Girls (5 & 3 ASAP).

Schedule: Mon & Wed: 8am–6pm, Tues & Thurs: 2pm–8pm, Friday: 2pm–7pm, 1 Sunday per month (approx. 3–6/7pm, flexible)

Pay: $40-45/hr

Benefits: • 10 PTO days • 3 sick days • 10 paid federal holidays • 40 hours guaranteed • Gas & mileage reimbursement • Open to health stipend depending on hourly rate

Responsibilities: • Morning routine & occasional school drop-off • Afternoon pickups • Driving to swim/gymnastics (2–3x/week) • Children’s laundry • Preparing light breakfast + dinner for children • Keeping children’s areas & kitchen tidy • Occasional errands • Getting the girls outside regularly

Ideal Nanny: • 8+ years of experience preferred • Warm, affectionate, steady presence (“sweet grandma” vibe but energetic!) • Organized + proactive • Professional & career-oriented • Up-to-date on child development • Low phone usage while working • Someone who truly loves the children like their own
