Split Schedule Nanny Position in SF

A loving family in Noe Valley is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their two children, ages 7 and 4.

📋 Position Details Start Date: ASAP Location: Noe Valley, CA (94114) Schedule: Split schedule preferred: Morning: 7:00–10:00 AM, Evening: 3:00–8:00 PM Occasional weekends preferred Overnights/travel optional

Pay: $40–45/hour (depending on experience)

Benefits: Guaranteed hours (including when the family is on vacation), 2 weeks paid PTO, Paid holidays, Open to payroll or cash, Long-term, stable position

Driving required! With own vehicle

🌈 Responsibilities: School & activity pick-ups/drop-offs (nanny must have own car), Walking younger child to nearby daycare, Helping manage after-school activities, Light tidying only (toys, dishes, kids’ rooms), Light errands (e.g. grocery or fruit runs—walkable), Simple dinner prep / meal prep (no chef skills required), Homework help & daily routines

 ✨Note: A housekeeper comes weekly and handles laundry/deep cleaning

💡 The Ideal Nanny Warm, kind, and engaging with children, Highly organized and enjoys creating schedules/routines, Calm but energetic — “the cool cousin” vibe, Reliable communicator, Comfortable bringing structure to a flexible household, Must be non-smoker, Family Style, Relaxed, respectful, and fair, Not overly strict, not overly gentle—balanced parenting, values politeness, respect, learning, and routine.

🌎Language Preference: Spanish-speaking nanny strongly preferred. Just must be able to communicate comfortably with both parents, Family would love the nanny to speak Spanish to the children daily (Spanish first, then English)
